Jacob was approached by our committee with quite a formidable task - Queensland Counsellors Association needed a new website. However we didn’t know what we wanted, and the scope was vast. On top of that he had to be able to meet with and negotiate with a sub-committee who in turn met with a management committee. That’s a lot of people to respond to and to please.

We wanted many options, yet simplicity, appeal, and easy navigation throughout the site. We needed data bases for membership and professional development that could be edited by committee members who did not necessarily have IT expertise.
